Date Nights Rock My World.

I have known that we have great friends for awhile now, but after last night I'm convinced that they are the most fun people in the World too.
After all of us had stressful weeks full of trying to beat sales, rental houses being foreclosed on, and crabby toddlers, Andrew decided it was time for a night on the town.
I even convinced Amy to leave Matalie with a babysitter (she hasn't even left her 4 year old with one yet!).

After a forgotten camera, a couple vehicle changes, a few wrong turns explained as "scenic routes", and a romantic encounter with a fireman (which happened to Andrew!) we arrived at our top secret favorite restaurant, The Treehouse.Andrew and I found this place a couple years ago completely by accident and fell in love.
It's tucked away in the back of a high end neighborhood in Buckhead. It's an old house that they turned into a restaurant. The inside is pretty much just a bar, but the porch is huge and it's perfect for a relaxing dinner! Our waitress was a little, how should I say, unconcerned, with us but the amazing food and huge Cosmos more then made up for it.

As if dinner wasn't enough food, we all decided to head over to the Cheesecake Factory for dessert. We blamed it on Amber since she's pregnant, but I'm pretty sure Scott and I weren't going home unless Andrew stopped! I just noticed how Scott made himself a place mat for his dessert! What a dork!I haven't laughed as much as I did last night in a long time!
I love having friends like these guys. Where is just fits.

And as for the babies, they didn't miss us a bit!

Hooray for date night! I'm so glad you were able to get out and have some fun.
I JUST realized you live in Atlanta! I read "Buckhead" and hurried over to your profile. Yep, there it was, Atlanta! Too cool! I live just south of the Atl. I'll have to look up the Treehouse. Sounds fabulous :)
