The stars aligned when we were in Minnesota and the start of The Minnesota State Fair was the weekend we were home!
The Greatest Fair on Earth two years in a row?!?!
I can't believe we're that lucky!
We were only there for about two hours and in that time we consumed corn dogs, corn on the cob, cheese curds, cokes, giant ice cream cones, a bucket of fries, a bucket of cookies, and Josie was introduced to the wonders of cotton candy.

We covered all the fun stuff and walked off all our calories. At least that's what we told ourselves!
