Josie Does Ballet

Tuesday was Josie's first ballet class.

It was adorable.

Cutest thing I've ever seen.

We picked an acutal studio in Griffin that offered hour long classes.

I wasn't sure she'd make it the whole hour, but she did and she loved every second of it!

The teachers were so great with the room full of three year olds.

I couldn't believe how they were able to keep the little girls on task.

I need them to give me lessons.

We went today to get her teeny, tiny ballet shoes and now they are the cutest things I've ever seen.

And I do mean ever!

xx

She was the youngest (and smallest!) girl in the class, but she did all the moves right along with the bigger girls.

I'm already counting down to her recital in May!

I know she is too young to tell, but I really hope she enjoys dance and decides to stick with it as she grows older.

This studio is awesome. It used to be the Opera House in Griffin. I'll have a whole nother post about the building soon.

It has made me fall in love with Griffin.

Andrew and I decided to do the majority of our dates in 2010 in Griffin to support the small businesses. I'm excited!

OH...MY...GOSH!!!!! Josie looks so adorable in the little leotard! And her expressions are so cute! It really seems like she enjoyed it and did a great job..and for a whole hour!!! That's a long time for a 2 year old to pay attention to anything! I can't wait to actually have her show me her ballet steps! (In person, not while we are talking on the phone!) Ha-Ha!!! She is precious!!!
