Happy CHD Awareness Day

Gabe was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome.
1 in every 100 babies is born with a chronic heart defect. I'm learning more every day about what it means to have CHD. Gabe's life will be different, but it will be full.
Awareness saves lives and spurs continued research.
