Not So Irish

This is the first year in quite awhile that we aren't in Arizona to celebrate good old St. Paddy's Day with my Grandma.

Which means I'm going to miss out on the dinner that I always think I'm going to not like but end up eating way more then my fair share of.

But we will be decked out in green and indulging in this Grasshopper Pie.

It's seriously good and very, very green!

Don't worry, no grasshoppers are harmed in the making of this pie.

GRASSHOPPER PIE

Pistachio Pudding (3.4 oz)
11/2 C. Cold Milk
2 Cups Cool Whip
8 Crushed Oreos
Oreo Pie Crust

Mix pudding and milk.
Toss in the Cool Whip.
Stir in the Oreos.
Pour in the crust.

Freeze for 2 hours and Enjoy!
