Life Stages

We just wrapped up our first unit with Nancy Larson's Science.

So far, we are really enjoying it.  The first unit taught Josie about all the life stages that humans go through.  This topic was pretty much all review, but it did give us a feel for how the lessons progress.

We spent a lot of time comparing pictures of Andrew at different life stages, wrote a book on the different stages, and wrapped it all up with a few lessons on habitats.

Our next unit is on discovering trees.

We are both very excited to spend some cool Fall days in the woods!
