We had Josie's FANCY NANCY TEA PARTY this past Saturday and
OH MY GOODNESS!
It turned out cuter then I could ever imagine.
I don't think Josie or I stopped smiling the entire day!
Many, many thanks to Darlene who loaned me all the serving trays and to Amy who brought a bazillion accessories to decorate with.
I seriously only spent $50 on this party. That includes the food AND making Josie's outfit!
Pretty much every thing else came from mine or Amy's house.
I apologize in advance for Picture Overload, but I couldn't narrow it down any further!
We set the house up into different stations.
First thing when the Fancies walked in, we had a dress up area.
I wasn't sure if all of them would be dressed up when they came.
Turns out I didn't have to worry one little bit about that!
Every girl was decked out!
Our Living Room become our TEA PARLOR.
The thought crossed my mind more then once to leave all these bright decorations in here!
Josie decided she wanted DONUTS instead of cake.
We both about freaked when we saw these Heart Shaped Donuts at the Donut Shop!
And LITTLE MISS FANCY herself was decked to the max!
And Amy and I were PRETTY FANCY OURSELVES, if you ask me!
Amy found these outfits just last week and it was SO FUN to play dress up with The Fancies!
I can't even tell you how many times they told me they loved my dress!
Speaking of The Fancies, aren't they all...Well, FANCY?!?!
SO MUCH TULLE!
Amy gave them all Rainbow Manicures.
And they each made a Tiara.
Then, it was TEA TIME.
We had Heart and Flower Shaped Sandwiches, Fruit With Chocolate Fondue, and Pink Lemonade Tea!
And let me tell you, these Fancies can throw back some PINK TEA!
Seeing Josie with her friends that she's made all by herself at Ballet and Church made my heart sing.
It's a strange feeling to watch you baby become their own person.
And after spending the afternoon with these Lovely Ladies I can say that she has EXCELLENT TASTE in friends!
My Sweet Fancy Girl is Four and I am SO PROUD of who she is!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOSIE KATHRYN!

Ah, Nicole! too much CUTENESS! How do you do it?????? Happy Birthday JMosie!
I've thought alot about you as we've been on this fostering road. People ask me what I asked you a few months ago..."how do you DO it?"
I'm figuring out that you just DO it and leave the rest in God's hands. ;) I think you said something to that effect when I asked!
Thanks so much for the comment about my cake challenge! I was super excited to win! The Fancy Nancy party sure did look fun, but now tell me, did Amy drive over like that, or change at your house?
What an adorable little party! Happy Birthday to your Josie :)
