Rainbow Cookies

I saw this idea over at The Idea Room over the Summer and couldn't wait to try it out.

But then I forgot.

This week we are Rowing, "I Am An Artist" and I suddenly remembered it and it was perfect for our baking project.

I didn't use enough food coloring, but Josie loved them anyways!
