Menu Plan - Back on the wagon

It's almost a new year and we're ready to give this whole sticking to a plan thing another try.

2 weeks, here we go...

Saturday - Christmas Dinner at the Schmaedig House
Sunday - Chicken Encilladas
Monday - Dinner at the Schmaedig's
Tuesday - BBQ Chicken w/ broccoli and mashed potatoes
Wednesday - Burgers and sweet potato fries
Thursday - Spaghetti and green beans
Friday - Meatloaf with sweet potatoes and broccoli
Saturday - Luke's birthday party
Sunday - Deep dish chicken pot pie
Monday - Dinner at the Schmaedig's
Tuesday - Tacos
Wednesday - Homemade pizza
Thursday - Fish sandwiches with fries and carrots
Friday - Chicken Parmasan

I'm headed back to Whole Foods to test my theory of that being cheaper for our family. I'll let you know how well I do when I get back!

Nicole I just wanted to pop in and say Merry Christmas to the Pope family. We think about you guys all the time. Take care and enjoy this Christmas season with your new sweet little one.

I have to do that too. If I don't have a plan we end up eating out too much. I will try again! Let me know how it goes for you!

mmmm makes me hungry! I hope you get to try the chicken pot pie recipe from my blog... so good. I was going to just throw this out there but remember the "left-over days". Unless of course you all don't "do" left-overs...(some don't). I always forget that day and we end up with a lot of stuff in the fridge... yay a free day!

Good luck with sticking to the plan... I am right here behind you. I will be glad when everything goes back to "normal" around here and I can start mine too.

I just made enchaladas last week! I put spanish rice in with the meat...it's a good filler!
